Food Chain: Scottish Oatcakes, Raspberry Jam, & Kefirised Clotted Cream

Orcadian David will demonstrate his method of making delicious Scottish oatcakes without the usual animal fat - in fact, they are suitable for vegans. He will also share his own recipes for things to put on oatcakes: kefir clotted cream, reduced sugar raspberry and redcurrant jams, and goat's cheese with his own garlic and herbs.
