Brighten up your January with the colourful flavours of Venezuela! These soft cornmeal buns are traditionally stuffed with a variety of fillings and served warm by street vendors and in home kitchens throughout Venezuela.
Meat and veggie arepas will be prepared by Glass resident Sonsiret Reeve. Join our monthly cookalong if you fancy trying something new!
Food Chain Explained
Food Chain is an ongoing series of workshops connecting folk and food. Each month we invite a local to share with us a simple, traditional family recipe from near and far. Together we all cook the dish, then sit down round the table to enjoy it.
Workshops happen on the last Monday of each month from 6pm.
